Effective January 23, 2024, Peppers America has been acquired by Sean Kelly and is now part of North American Sales, Company TX LLC, a Texas limited liability company, with headquarters centrally located in Austin, Texas.
This strategic move is aimed at enhancing our ability to serve our valued clients with even greater efficiency and personalised attention.
Sean brings extensive experience from his tenure as President of American Cable Assemblies, Inc. in Palmer, Massachusetts. American Cable Assemblies specialises in custom-manufactured fibre optic assemblies, custom copper assemblies/wire harnesses, and UL/CSA certified injection-moulded power cords, distributes over 35 prestigious brands, and operates an ISO 9001 certified facility.
Peppers America is committed to growing the Peppers Cable Gland line and continuing to offer complete solutions with custom cable, enclosures, cable cleats, and other complementary products. This acquisition will enhance our existing business relationships, and foster opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.
