As of this month Directive 2014/34/EU is now the current ATEX Directive. Certificates to the old Directive 94/9/EC can no longer be issued and Peppers is pleased to announce that all of our hazardous area approved products are available with ATEX certificates compliant to this new Directive.
All our ATEX approved products will be shipped compliant to the new Directive and will be provided, where applicable, with our EU Declaration of Conformity or Attestation of Conformity documents. There are no product marking changes applicable due to the new Directive and all our products will continue to be shipped with the covering Instructions for Safe Use.
